How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically take 10–20 business days.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Print-on-Demand Products

How are your products made?
All REFRESH-IN products are made-to-order using premium print-on-demand fulfillment. Each item is printed and shipped directly to you — no mass production, no waste.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the printing process.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Since our products are made-to-order, we don't accept returns for sizing issues. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How do I report a damaged item?
Email us at hello@refresh-in.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right!
